      Declaration of conformity with technical regulations - is one more instrument,addition with the certification, which aims to confirm the compliance with the establishednorms of Ukrainian legislation.

      Declaring of conformity - the process by which the producer (importer) or a person authorized under its complete responsibility to documentary  verifies that the product meets the requirements of the legislation.

   Declaration of conformity - it is a document in which manufacturer notifies their products comply with the requirements of normative documents. It is necessary for customs clearance and follow sales.
